• A single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the stock.
• The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
• The proof of delivery receipt is kept with us and is validated by the customer. It is signed by the recipient or the person picking them up on their behalf.

Track your order facility is useful in following situations: Free delivery means there is no extra charges in addition to the prices of flower arrangements in website. This is applicable to all the time ranges between 10 am and 6 PM (UAE TIME). Toll, travel expenses etc are included in the price of bouquet and we thus do not charge extra when you go ahead with the order. Prices given for each item in the website include product and the service charges &  VAT.
